Escorra. Bata todos os ingredientes at\u00e9 obter uma mistura leve e espumosa. Deixe descansar enquanto a m\u00e1quina de waffle aquece. A massa engrossar\u00e1. Bata rapidamente. Bata as castanhas de caju, a banana, a baunilha e 1 x\u00edcara de \u00e1gua at\u00e9 obter uma mistura homog\u00eanea. Adicione as 2 x\u00edcaras de \u00e1gua restantes e misture bem. Adicione a mistura do liquidificador aos ingredientes secos e mexa at\u00e9 misturar bem. A massa deve ficar rala. Adicione mais \u00e1gua, se necess\u00e1rio. Despeje de \u2153 a \u00bd x\u00edcara da massa em uma frigideira antiaderente quente. Espalhe com as costas de uma colher. Cozinhe at\u00e9 que a superf\u00edcie esteja seca e vire para dourar o outro lado. Repita com o restante da massa.
